  • 8 oz block plain feta

  • 8oz plain cream cheese

  • 4 tbsp honey

  • ½ lemon & zest

  • 6 oz blackberries

  • 10-12 candied pecans

  • 1 tsp flaky sea salt

  • 1 package Stonefire naan

This is the sweet sister to the savory Mediterranean feta dip. My family will sometimes pair this sweeter spread with the mediterranean spread to create a yin and yang balance of flavors. The plump blackberries and sweet honey pair extremely well with the saltiness of the feta and creaminess of the Philadelphia cream cheese.

First, preheat your oven to 350 and put your naan on a non-stick baking sheet. Then, add your feta and cream cheese to a food processor or blender; make sure to crumble the feta and break up the cream cheese to make it easier to whip. Next, add one tablespoon of honey to the mix with the juice from half the lemon.

Once you have all the ingredients in the food processor begin to pulse on low, once it starts to smooth out a bit, add another tablespoon of honey and blend on high for one minute more or until the texture is light and fluffy. This is also a good time to add the naan to the oven and toast for 6-8 minutes.

While the naan is in the oven, spread the feta in a wide shallow bowl or board of your choosing. Decorate the spread with the blackberries, candied pecans, the last 2 tablespoons of honey, lemon zest and a pinch of flaky sea salt.

Once the naan is done, cut it into triangle pieces and display it on the board or bowl. Enjoy!
